- "Products already available in stock are generally processed within for ready ship"
- Handcrafted & Made-to-Order: 5–15 Business Days.
- "Certain products are individually hand-painted or specially prepared after an order is placed.
- These items may require additional preparation time."
- Commissioned Artwork: Commissioned paintings or custom creations involve direct consultation with the customer and therefore require significantly longer production time.
- Delivery schedules for commissioned artworks are communicated individually after order confirmation.

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing:
