The name RRIBHU carries a special meaning for our brand. It reflects both a personal connection and a tribute to the spirit of creativity, craftsmanship, and artistic heritage that inspires everything we create.
Our creations are handcrafted by experienced artisans with deep roots in Odisha's traditional Pattachitra art form.
Many works are created under the guidance of Master Artisan Brajeswar Pattnaik, whose lifelong dedication to preserving this heritage continues to inspire every collection.

Yes. Every painting, textile, and handcrafted creation offered by RRIBHU Atelier is made by skilled artisans using traditional techniques. No two handcrafted pieces are ever completely identical, making each creation uniquely yours.
Because every product is handcrafted, small variations in brushwork, colour tones, natural fabric texture, and fine artistic details are completely natural and should be celebrated as signs of authentic craftsmanship. These are not defects.
Many traditional Pattachitra artworks are created using heritage-inspired techniques and natural pigments wherever appropriate. The materials used may vary depending on the artwork and its artistic requirements.
Yes. We welcome commissioned projects for customers seeking personalised paintings or bespoke artistic creations. Please visit our Commission Art page or contact us directly to discuss your ideas.
Ordering
How to buy and manage your purchases.
Simply browse our collections, select your preferred products, add them to your shopping cart, and complete the secure checkout process. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
If your order has not yet entered production or been dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate changes. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders may usually be cancelled before dispatch. However, commissioned, personalised, or made-to-order creations cannot normally be cancelled once production has begun. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for further details.
Shipping
Delivery times and tracking information.
Ready-to-ship products are generally dispatched within 2–4 business days. Made-to-order or commissioned works require additional preparation time. Estimated delivery times depend on your location and courier service.
Yes. We currently ship to most locations across India.
International shipping is not currently available through our website. If you are located outside India and are interested in purchasing our artwork, please contact us directly to discuss available options.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking details (where available), allowing you to monitor your shipment.
Returns & Refunds
Our policies on damaged items and variations.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us process your request efficiently, we recommend sharing: Your order number, clear photographs of the product and packaging, and a continuous unboxing video (if available).
Minor artistic variations are a natural feature of handcrafted products and are not considered defects. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly assist you in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
No. Since commissioned artworks are created specifically for an individual customer, they are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or differ significantly from the agreed specifications.
Payments
Security and accepted payment methods.
Yes. Your payments are processed securely through our authorised payment gateway. RRIBHU Atelier does not store your complete credit card, debit card, or UPI credentials.
Depending on the payment gateway available at checkout, customers may use: UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Popular Digital Wallets. Available payment options may change from time to time.
Caring for Your Artwork
How to preserve the beauty of your heritage pieces.
To preserve its beauty for years to come: Keep it away from prolonged direct sunlight, avoid excessive moisture or humidity, dust gently using a soft, dry cloth, do not use chemical cleaning agents, and handle framed artwork carefully during installation.
We recommend following any care instructions provided with the product. For delicate hand-painted or handcrafted textiles, professional dry cleaning is generally recommended unless otherwise specified.
