Since many of our products are handcrafted, individually painted, or created in limited quantities, we encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully before placing an order.
Your satisfaction remains extremely important to us, and we are committed to resolving any genuine concerns fairly and transparently. This Returns & Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.
1. 7-Day Peace of Mind (Ready-to-Ship Products)
If your purchase is unused and in its original condition, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval and the conditions of this policy. This applies to ready-to-ship products only and does not include commissioned or customized work.
2. Eligibility for Returns (Damaged or Incorrect Items)
You may request a return if:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product delivered is significantly different from the product ordered.
- The package was damaged during transit and affected the product.
To be eligible for these specific cases, the request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
Due to the handcrafted and customized nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:
- Commissioned artworks
- Personalized or customized products
- Made-to-order creations
- Gift cards (if introduced in the future)
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
4. Handmade Variations
Every RRIBHU Atelier creation is handcrafted. Small differences in brush strokes, natural pigments, fabric texture, hand-painted detailing, and colour tone are a natural part of authentic handmade craftsmanship and should not be considered defects. Each creation is unique.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us investigate your request quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
- A continuous unboxing video (strongly recommended)
- A brief description of the issue
6. Return Approval Process
Once we receive your request, our team will review the submitted information. We aim to complete the review within 3–5 business days. If approved, we will provide instructions for the return or replacement. Please do not return any product before receiving authorization from RRIBHU Atelier.
7. Return Shipping
RRIBHU Atelier will bear the reasonable return shipping cost if the wrong product was delivered, if it was damaged before delivery, or has a verified manufacturing defect. If the return request is based on reasons not covered under this policy, return shipping may be the customer's responsibility.
8. Replacement
Whenever possible, we prefer replacing a damaged or incorrect product rather than issuing an immediate refund. If an identical replacement is unavailable, we may offer a similar product, store credit, or a refund.
9. Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase. Once initiated, refunds are generally completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment service provider.
10. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before the order has been dispatched. If production has not yet begun, the order may be cancelled and refunded. However, cancellation requests for commissioned artwork, personalized products, or made-to-order creations may not be accepted once production has commenced.
11. Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery without prior communication or a valid reason, any refund will be subject to courier charges, return shipping charges, and applicable payment processing fees.
12. Incorrect Address Provided
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
13. Force Majeure
RRIBHU Atelier shall not be responsible for delays or losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, cyclones, government restrictions, public emergencies, or transportation disruptions.
